gold got hacked

hello elysium team, i currently play a lvl 39 rogue who HAD 102 gold from levling/grinding. 

2 days ago i loged out happy with the results from levling, then yesterday i log in and all my gold is gone , i still have all my gear/crap in the bags but well, like i have said all my gold is gone

i hereby ask for a refund of the gold aswell as for a instantly bann for all these suckers who do this to other ppl! iam not the only one who got hacked from what i have heared so please do something

Happened to me as well mate, they will not give you your gold back!

would be realy helpfull if a dev/admin can say something because this will be the reason if i stay on the server or not

well i alreadychanged my password etc but still,  it was alot of time especaly at a so filled server like the pvp one i spend there, even back on vanilla retail you got your stuff back when you got hacked (not that i got hacked back then but i knew 2 ppl)

The policy as of now is that GM's does not restore any lost gold or items - this is stated very clearly in their rules.

A lot of people have been hacked lately, and the rules might change - but currently the only answer is No restoration possible.

Yeah I got hacked as well a few days ago, the only things they left were items that cant be deleted, my bags, and my equipped gear. This is absolutely ridiculous, I lost close to 1000g, obviously that makes the gold sellers happy because that's probably a фекал ton of money

i dont have to prove you anything, you are not a admin

also, and this is a fact from other privat server projects, they can see it in there logs when i logged in and send gold etc. etc.

I understand that, I am trying to emphasize the point of why you are not going to get your gold back. 

 

Anyone can make a claim you are making, because you have no proof that admins can use.

You are right you don't need to prove anything to the players.

Upon creating your account you agreed to the Terms of Use and the Terms of Use clearly state what the staff is able to do and not able to do. 

You have already been quoted the rules in which the staff have placed in the Terms of Use so I won't post them again here. 

 

This is a post from a senior game master stating they don't restore items which includes gold.

I am 100% positive you won't be getting your gold back. As above in both Terms of Use and Pottu clearly say they don't restore items or lost gold.
