The First Screen shot I have is of me looting it, while the 2nd one I have is after the rollback and seeing its not in my bags. Undertanker 88 Report post Posted December 30, 2016 (edited) Yeah they won't restore anything below epic + quality from raids and in the event of a major server issue. Even then it's not guaranteed. Allowing such request would put so much unneeded work on the admins which their hands are full with server items, bans/appeals, and improvements, as well as their own personal lives.
