Any official statement would be nice at this point. Character transfer is down for 2 weeks and all we hear is "Sorry, we aren't responsible for that." Pottu did mention the Nost forums a few weeks ago, that it would be a good idea to grab anything you want to save because they won't be online forever. Having said that, it would be nice to get some advance warning of this - maybe them going offline is like an advance warning? If they really did pull the plug permanently, would be unfortunate (but not unexpected.)
