Not entirely sure if this is allowed.

 

One thread about it, admin response was "use at your own risk", as it could potentially be caught by the anti-cheat system and auto ban you.

 

Another thread, Pottu said it was "100% legit and allowed".

It would be great to be allowed to rejuvenate the graphics a bit with non-game impacting utilities like ReShade.  It doesn't give anyone any advantage.

I know this has already bee answered but I cant find where. I would wait for a GM to confirm its usable before trying it or you could get banned. Just saying
