Dear Elysium / Nostalrius admins I have not been able to log in to your servers (Nostalrius PvP) for two or three days now. Last time I was online was probably the 23rd of December. I have read your announcement concerning accounts being hacked. None of my passwords are working, and since I have probably used the same account name and password for previous vanilla servers, I assume that my account has been compromised and has been used to sell gold from. Ban appeals don't work like some of the other scrub servers out there which allow you to pay your way to unban. You just need to be patient and wait for a GM to answer your ban appeal. There is no way to get moved to the front of the list. The GM team goes from oldest to newest in ban appeals. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Bobtri 2 Report post Posted January 5, 2017 I sympathise but the staff have been telling people to change their passwords, if they used the same details on other servers, for some time now. Your account security is your responsibility. So I doubt you will be getting your account back unfortunately. Account security The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Elysium staff does not recover hacked accounts. Upon agreeing to the terms of use when you create your account you agree to this statement. At all times are you the person who is responsible for the account no one else. The hacker did not delete anything. I have changed my password now. Thank you Bobtri for that reset button, I did not know about that.
