Sunder Armor Never Offered

Hello,

I am running a warrior and noticed yesterday that Sunder Armor was never offered when I hit lvl 16. I can see Sunder Armor lvl2 should have been available at lvl 22 but since I never was able to get Sunder Armor to begin with Sunder Armor lvl2 is listed as unavailable. I am now lvl24. Makes it kind of hard to tank if you cant spam Sunder Armor.

Sunder armor rank 1 is taught automatically as the reward from the defensive stance quest that becomes available at level 10. Did you do the quest?
