If you need over a BOP gear that you don't need or you can't even equip, that is ninja loot. Afterall, you can buy the BoE from the guy that won. Just don't be such a cryeatdik baby.

This is just wrong. Ninja is to take something that you need or don't need in a way that it robs others of a fair shot. If everyone is greeding on a rare blue and you need on it but don't actually personally need it, then that is a textbook example of ninjaing. If the rules are all blues, purples, and rare things is need regardless of class or actual personal need then fine everyone needs it. But basic loot system is you greed for it unless you actually need it. Granted if a purple drops I wait quite a while to see what others do and usually it's discussed as to how to roll on the spot. BUT...

Let me reiterate. Rolling need on an item you don't need in an attempt to make money on it is ninjalooting. If you disagree, fine. But if you pull that in my group I will call you on it in game and on these boards. Period.

SOOOOO.....this is how ive always done it and any time that I created a group in dungeons or out in the world the first thing I say in chat is "Any purples OR blues everyone roll NEED"...............GREens I don't give to shits about. everyone is going to be okay with needing because that eliminates any ninjaing. If everyone needs then no one gets hurt....let me note that im speaking of BOE gear ...obviously not BOP....

Because everyone is a ninja. Doesn't make it better for the player who really needs a boe item.
