Guilty 3 Report post Posted January 11, 2017 Hello! Today is 11.1.2017 and clock is 23:34. Started the Queue around 7.7k and there is ONLY ONE THING in my mind right now and that is a 2nd server. I dont think this queue is going away and i tihnk even more people want to play, but due to long queues they just give up or dont even try to play at first place. There are also other people, who wont play until 2-3 weeks pass, since there are allways lauch problems and DCs. I would like to hear from Eylsium team if there are any plans on 2nd serve since its been like this for days and i dont think its going away. Ntbud 14 Report post Posted January 11, 2017 Also if you look at the server status page you can see how they restructured it to fit a 4th server, there is an empty space now to list another. There hasn't been any official announcements yet. I mean if your like lvl 2-5 or even 2-15 and haven't had any luck queing in to the server and able to play I would assume majority will make the switch. also they may reduce the cap on the new server to people are either forced to make the switch to the newest server etc etc. hahah but who knows! just my guess. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Ntbud 14 Report post Posted January 12, 2017 Yeah there is a ton of people who, especially for the first 3 days, were only able to play for a matter of hours in total and some that never even get a chance to get in and make a character. I imagine the majority of those players would be interested in going to the new one. Also people who just plain and simple saw a 12k-20k queue and just NOPED the fuck out at that point. Just because they don't want to sit in a queue for half a day, doesn't mean the demand to play a fresh server is gone. It just means a few thousand people aren't able to wait in queue like many other people can. Those players would also probably go to the 2nd fresh server. Also there was a bring big community of "racers" before Elysium launched who wanted to race to 60. However that fell apart within the first few hours of server release because only a small percent of them actually made it into the server, giving a huge unfair advantage to the rest of them. So those people as well would probably try their luck again by going to the 2nd fresh, which won't have those insane queue times. There's also another giant group of players who don't like these massive 10k+ population servers. They prefer more around the 4-6k size. So there is also a good chance that anyone who is currently playing Elysium who doesn't like the constant 11.5k population and lag/delay because of it, they may also go to fresh #2 simply because their preference is a smaller sized server. There are a million reasons why someone may or may not want to go, or stay and no one knows for sure what the population balance will be like, but I think it's safe to assume that if this new server is released this week or by this weekend, that both servers will have a pretty equal population. The 2nd fresh might have 1-2k less people, but it will certainly still have more than enough to be active and populated one. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Count in all these people wainting in queue, add those who dont want to wait or will start 2-3 weeks later once the lauch becomes stable, plus all those people who will be their 1st time playing this game or coming back from Legion.
