NPC/quest bugged - Shay Leafrunner "The Giant Guardian"

Hello,

Can we please get a GM or someone to help relocate Shay Leafrunner in north Feralas? She is stuck on a mountain side that players don't have access to and are unable to turn in "The Giant Guardian" quest and unable to start the escort. Please confirm receipt of this request.

I tried that first before coming here. When I submit an in-game ticket, it refers me to their website. Their bug tracker is not working, I get an internal server error message. So my last resort was to post here.

You have to create ingame tickets using the "stuck" category.

No, you make an ingame ticket for stuck NPC's. Just like a player being stuck, GM's unstuck the NPC.

And how exactly is a GM supposed to repair her pathing/spawn? This has to be corrected server side as there is a bug with her scripts/pathing.

The issue is, that the NPC is stuck on a mountain side where players can't reach. Thus unable to turn in a quest and start the escort.

 

I have no idea about the npc or the quests, but if a NPC is stuck, GM's are able to unstuck her.

There was no report about a broken path or spawn point. Just that she has been stuck.

Well if the bugs with her are fixed it would stop happening. That's why I said to up-vote it in Bug Tracker so players wouldn't have to rely on a GM or server restart.
