jorge53092 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2017 Today i lost a character that i made the summer of 2015. My account got hacked and i lost all my gear and gold and everything in my bank. JunkShop 1 Report post Posted January 16, 2017 There is a better solution. Improve your account security. Being hacked is not the fault of the service provider, it is the fault of the account holder. Therefore, with such a small team and so much work that needs to be done, why should they waste valuable resources on looking after accounts whose owners can't be bothered to take basic precautions to protect themselves? 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Alrik 6 Report post Posted January 16, 2017 Did your Account have a unique (e.g. you never used that Password somewhere else) Password that contained capitalized and small Letters, numbers and symbols?
