Went on a vacation - Everything is gone on both accounts.

Hello everyone.

On the 24th of December was the last time i logged on to my account, having all my gear, gold and items.

Now being back here on the 18th of January, just about everything has gone missing, including gold.

 

I would really like some help with this, i've spent countless days, weeks even months making it to where i am, having been raiding from the start of the original Nostalrius.

I have no idea what's happened, it's so frustrating to see something you've been working on for so long just vanish like this, even when you just got it all back. 

I still have some items of low value, i would just really like this to be investigated and get some answers.

Unfortunately Elysium doesn't restore.

I haven't lost my characters nor have they been deleted.

I can hope that they'll make an exception, i've spent half a lifetime coming to where i am, never setting a foot wrong also playing by the rules.

There's no reason to give up hope. I just want to raid with my guild again, it's a thing i've been missing for almost a year.

So the people making their server greater and creating the community, will just be looked past? I refuse to believe this, even though they state it there.

I won't give up hope, and hoping for a talk with someone official.

 

Also i have no idea what's happened, i still have some items of value and other things, i would really like it to be investigated atleast so i can get to know what's actually happened.

If there would be a hacker that's after his gold I find it strange that he still has valuable items in his bag/bank.
This makes no sense. I'm just praying that whatever it is that happened to the guy a GM will look into this and hopefully restore it. Aside from the rules, this guy has been playing here for a long time and has never been in trouble.

He spent countless of hours raiding with us, preparing and just enjoying the game. He doesn't deserve this, he had taken all the measures he could to protect his account before going on a holiday. He couldn't have prevented this himself, whatever it is that happened.

Not strange at all, it happens to alot of ppl myself incl. They forgot to empty my mail several 100 stacks of thorium shells, and 50 stacks of bars, a dwarven handcannon i had on the AH  and completely oversaw an alt with 10g and 4 16slot bags.

I've too spent more than a month online /played gearing, farming, building, stacking and so on... and i can't even get my Nat Pagles extreme angler FC5000 reimbursed. As fas as i know, they restore onyxia key, class quest items such as Benediction/Rhok'delar   that's it.  And recently a rare gesture of an ivory raptor.

I never played outside nost/elysium and did nothing to deserve this either.

 

@Skink #feelsbadman, but join the massive amounts of ppl who lost everything because Elysium allow 10k attempts on your account without flagging it for a new pw / you used same acount/email/pw combination on one of the leaked realms.

 The sooner you start grinding, the faster you get back on track.

If anything, i'd still really like to just talk to one of them, and to be sure of what has happened, just give me some closure.

And about the grinding, well that's not happening.

I was full raid BiS for the current patch, and that's just not a thing to do again, if nothing happens then it's over, sadly.

All characters that hasn't been claimed from Nost has been removed these last 2 days. Over a million of them. Too bad for your characters but consider them gone forever. They gave everyone fair warning with enough time to request a character transfer. To recover your characters now would require that they restore the old Database somewhere then restore your objects onto the new database. That's a lot of work for one account.

Ridiculous that its their databases that are the ones compromised usually not some random getting their information stolen by being stupid. Many of these times its the fault of Elysium and they shouldn't be able to just turn a blind eye saying you should change your pw more, use the 2PA which also is compromised with the DB as it can be disabled, and how 2PA doesn't work for a fair number of people w/o issues.

Trying my hardest to get to one of them, but that seems to be just as big of a challenge.

And yes Syanis that's the boat i'm in, i literally haven't been online for 3 weeks and i get home to everything being gone, i've literally had no power here.

Also the control panel was broken and there where no way to change your password until early this year. The ingame command is still not working for me, and alot of others,  just getting a syntax error when attempting. So i literally had no way of changing my 2 upper case 2 numeric 9 char password. The 2F was offered the day, or the day after, i got hacked.

@Skink  took me 3½ days to get a mail stating  "sorry for your loss, but we don't restore items. Account security is your responsiblity"

I have seen the sob story posted by the OP here over 100 times posted at the Nostalrius ban appeals section.

This particular type of appeal I believe was usually made by people who paid the Chinese to Honor Farm or Power Level or Gold Farm with their account.

The Chinese concluded the agreement so that the customer was satisified, and then the account owner found themselves hacked.

I have zero sympathy for the OP. He got what he deserved IMO.

Thats total bs, my brothers account was compromised this morning as well and he did not buy any gold and neither did he have that much gold. The hacker also sold his weapons as well and mailed himself the gold. THIS SERVER HAS A HUGE HACKER ISSUE AND YOU SAY ITS PEOPLE PAYING FOR GOLD FARMERS? yeah ok
