Mentathiel 5 Report post Posted January 19, 2017 (edited) Looking for something to use my pearls on, I noticed the Moonglow vest is a quest reward and went looking. I can find Lotherias, but she's not got a quest and won't even talk to me. Am I missing something here? Wowhead lists the quest as being added in 1.11.1.7272 at the same time as Lotherias, but I know better than to trust the internet. Mentathiel 5 Report post Posted January 21, 2017 Depends; my leatherworker has 75 skill, but is only level 9, so it depends on whether the quest requires level 8 (as many people suggest, but which might be a post-TBC change) or level 15 (as stated at the link you shared) on Elysium servers. AkamaiOkole 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2017 I was trying to get every leatherworking recipe for my horde character so I leveled an alliance toon to 8 and leatherworking to 70. She gave no quest.
