But, when the db leak happened on the other server that caused so many people to have their accounts hacked here, this is exactly what everyone said that the staff should have done. I agree with both points above, Whisper restriction can fuck you out of real whispers and spamthrottle is awesome but it really doesn't solve the root of the problem. This is really annoying. I mean you could set it up that it is displayed when logging in.... or you planning to continue this spam every 10minutes forever? Sange13 9 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 The .wr command is really not needed anymore, imo. -Spam Throttle takes care of whispers and you can set up your own filters for added functionality. -CT_MailMod fixes the mail spam. You will still have the "you have mail" icon on your minimap all the time, but when you open it you will only see mail that has attachments--the only mail most of us actually care about. I hope people adopt this addon, or those similar, so we can be rid of the .wr plague on the server that interferes with legitimate whispers. I can't tell you how many people have missed out on groups and stuff because I couldn't whisper them. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
