Nef Loot unable to be given out

Hi my guild just completed BWL and killed Nef. When Nef died I was polymorphed really far away during the mage call. Somehow I think this took me out of combat and I wasn't able to receive loot from master loot and couldn't right click Nef's body to see loot. I was unable to receive the T2 Mage chest piece, is this something you could help with?

This guy's legit.

I was unable to loot the item to the intended player when the boss died, despite the fact that he participated in the fight.

You need to make an in-game ticket (including a link to the video).

Did you release after dying? (I obviously didn't watch the video yet :-)

No I never released I was just polymorphed all the way by the door where the Blue Drakonid's were spawning from (Basically where Humi is standing when we enter combat) when Nef died.
