Enhancement lvling help

I'm lvl 25 now and have been using 2h since lvl 20 and staff before hand. my question is will 1h/shield be faster/more efficient till I get WF?

Depends on the weapons. generally 1h + shield is the best if you keep them updated but if you acquire a significantly better 2h then use it because youll ultimately take less overall damage as mobs will have less time to damage you before they die. Even if you end up taking slightly more damage i'd still consider a much faster ttk to be worth the tradeoff.

You just use whatever you have the best weapon for.

 

If your best weapon is a dagger, use Flametongue + shield.

 

If your best weapon is a 2h, use Windfury.

 

There's really no "best" choice. Windfury kills faster ON AVERAGE, but is subject to the RNG of Windfury procs. Flametongue kills somewhat slower, but lets you use a shield for much more survivability, and you don't have to rely on random procs.

What people here saying is true.However i like 2h cuz u have heals so u dont really need a shield u just loose dps.

And having to heal yourself more often = more drinking = more downtime.

 

And on a PvP server, no shield = you get wrecked faster by enemy players

I have ran like 20 times instances where 2h weapons can dropped, and nothing for me. It seems that I need to stuck in 1h and shield. Still yesterday I got shield from SM cath, 1,5k armor with good amout of block with talent.. I bet my leveling going to be faster this way. I'm using 1h with WF (weapon speed 2,4), Will try 2h after getting one, but I think the first one will be arcanite reaper at 60 :(
