Having trouble recovering nostalrius account.

I remember the name of the first character I created. Not too sure if it's the top on the list but whenever I use the characters name and the only two email accounts I have it's saying that there is no account to be transfered.

Is it possible I don't have an email linked to that account? I thought I remembered the account name but no password is working and since no email is linking to the account name I can't recover a new password either.

Is it possible to give an Elysium GM all the information I have on the account to help recover it? I don't remember the name of my other character but I can tell what class/race it was and the level range. I can also mention what the account name might be.

Oh okay thanks, just found this server today and after posting I seen I needed a token.

Is it just a problem on Nostalrius's side or is it not going to be possible to get my account ever.

Nostalrius' left the project, so Elysium does no longer have access to the database or tokens.

Yeah Nostalrius threw a hissy fit and asked Elysium to stop using their stuff. So all your Nostalrius characters are lost, sorry.

Things seem to be a bit uncertain with Nostalrius at this moment. I'd recommend playing on Elysium in the mean time though.
