Mobtagging

I have some questions regarding mobtagging.

We use two warriors with improved demoralizing shout and one mage. We pull huge groups  and burn them down after they are all tagged.
Currently we are boosing another friend that is lvl 35 (holy priest) at the moment.  It's going good so faar, and we are on our third of fourth session doing this. But the higher we get, the more frustrating it is to do this efficiently due to many other players "steals" our pulls and/or more or less cleared locations.

Is there any rules against mobtagging in dungeons? We do not want to start with this method  before we know for sure that we will not face the risk of being banned.

How we plan to do the mobtaggign in dungeons:
We go as a group of 5, round up pretty much what we find on our path in the dungeon and the mobtagger leaves to tag them.
Is this allowed?

High levels agro mobs with no damaging abilities / walking past and do no damage. Low level drops group and uses an aoe to tag them all. High levels kill the now tagged mobs and the low level gets full solo xp for every kill they tagged.

it was allowed on blizzards servers aswell, but blizz couldnt stand him beeing the first to reach lv80 with thtat method, thats why he got the ban at lv79.
