Can I get banned if some trade me gold?

I wonder if there is a chance for me to get banned if someone trade me gold? not tlaking about 5g we say 500g+
a few examples:
1. a person decide to stop playing and trade me all his gold
2. a person decide to to give me a loan.
3. a person decide to just trade me a lot of gold randomly

I've heared and seen a lot of ppl getting banned when they buy gold and that's a good thing. I agree that buying gold is wrong in wow.
But how can they tell if someone for any reason want to give their gold away?

I'm going to play the devils advocate here. What if I sell a Lionheart helm to someone whom themselves have bought gold, and then pay for the helm with said gold?

That might flag you and get you banned by the detector, but once they review it and confirm you didn't intentionally take part in gold trafficking they will most likely unban you.

screenshot and record the process from square 1. If its a legit transaction and you have video/images, that can only help you out if you get a false positive.
