Muted in Dungeons

I am constantly getting muted in dungeons when trying to explain mechanics to newer players. This is frankly unacceptable. The settings for the chat spam removal needs to be changed so that it doesn't affect raid, party, guild, and private channels. Really really dumb that this is catching so many false-positives. People like to chat on WoW and this is hurting only the playerbase, not the gold sellers.

i was searching for a party for SM and used /world LFG and asked 2 players vai /who .. got muted for over ONE FUCKING HOUR!

it was impossible to chat at all only guild and party chat was usable

this is not improving the gameplay on this server ... maybe you get rid of 2 or 3 goldbots spamming the /general but normal players cant even chat when they typing to fast or chat with more than 1 player at the same time.

Please change this. this system is hitting the wrong people!

you cant search a group by using the /who command and whispering some people.. if you do so you get muted and can logg of for the next hour cause you cant chat with anyone

Just my 2 copper, I really dislike getting random whispers from people trying to put a group together. The occasional shouts to General and Looking for Group are fine. If I don't respond I'm not looking for a group.

there are quite some pepole who dont read general or LFG chat but if you ask them in whisper they join... but only because some ppl dont like random whispers you cant mute the whole server

Currently the "leader of the group" is randomly given to random player in Raid or Party when you zone in / out of dungeons or between the two continents.

Reason why you get "muted" or are "unable to write" is because  you are being the party leader, but the party leader transfers to another player via bug, making you unable to write anything for as long the leadership is not returned to you. If this was not annoying enough bug, you yourself will see yourself as the leader and dont know who got the leader. Only means of conversation you can have with your party members is with Whisper.
