No Health regen after reboot

There is no health regen on Zeth'Kur after update, please fix this ASAP. Demon armor is not helping regen either.

Health regen on Elysium is also not working. Warlock, both character and pet not regenerating health. Bandages and food regenerate health, but no passive regen out of combat.
