Hey there! Sucks that the item is not working as it is supposed to work (I don't know actually, just assuming you know).

The best thing you could do is, record some footage of what is wrong with it, then find some footage/documentation showing it's true usage,
then you add that to the bugtacker.

the failrate is just to high. to do repeated tests on it costs money. he should just report it on the bugtracker so they can check it on the ptr.

It works almost every single time for me. It does enable auto-attack though, so you have to either make a macro or just be quick to hit escape, otherwise your auto-attack will break it.

seems to work retail-like for me. you may have had a bad run of luck on the stun =/

Seems to be not working if you take damage at the same time using it. Been noticing it failing more often while using it over the weekend.

I use it more as a gap-closer now more than a CC with it failing so often.

if you have a dot on yourself or take damage while charging the stun doesnt work.

so lets say you are 1v1ing in world pvp and some other dude shows up and jumps in.  this item is great for 1v2s.  well now its not so great.

agreed, a few mins ago i used it on a hunter while i was getting kidney by a rogue, it teleported me to the hunter and didn't stunned him, noice
