Addon to display more buffs?

I can only see up to 5 buffs when I target a friendly/allied character. Is there an addon that will allow me to see all they buffs they have active, maybe with timers too?

Buffalo lets you see all your buffs.

You can't see timers of buffs on other characters, unless you cast those buffs and you have an addon to track that.

as far as I know you'll need a unitframes addon such as LunaUnitFrames
