Any one else see that shadowboxers or muti boxers have been on the rise . just last night i seen 4 diff sets of them.

1 was 3 priest another was 2 priest. thin 4 mages another was  3 hunters this was on ely its not hard to spot them but im shore theres a lot more runing wild out there.Dont know if it was to do with the leak but last few days seems to be a up tick with them in numbers.

there easy to spot most dont even try to hind it by useing the same name with 1 diff letter  or names that all mean the samething

4 thin mages? maybe they forgot that mages make free food.

either way, who cares? does it affect you at all? no. theres PLENTY of mobs in the world.

let them get banned.

tbh you seem a little jealous that they're smart enough to pull it off

It's impossible to multibox without getting banned, unless you multibox inside instances where nobody else can see you. And even then, GMs can still see those 5 characters all connected from the same IP address and go investigate for themselves.

Why whine about it? Report the multiboxers with video evidence and move on.

I guess you've never heard of a VPN. Although I do agree Multiboxing would be extremely hard.

Is someone really going to pay for 4 VPNs just to awkwardly multibox their way through an instance?

Because even if the IPs were all different, you'd still be restricted to instances, because if you tried to multibox anywhere else, other people would see and report you.

We warn multiboxers that it is not allowed according to our rules. If they continue to multibox, then they will face sanctions, up to and including bans. In my experience very few players once warned ever multibox again - most people just don't realize it's against the rules here.

The best way you can help is to report someone whenever you see suspected multiboxing. Do watch them for a while to be sure, but don't worry about it if you are wrong. We will make a determination based on our own, careful analysis of the player(s). All such reports are appreciated regardless of whether they are confirmed or not.

P.S. no need to provide video evidence or screenshots for multiboxing reports. We always conduct an independent analysis.

Following is allowed. Just be prepared that a GM may tap you on the shoulder like a random traffic stop if you /follow too much to see if there is really another player there. We can very easily tell if there are two players or just one.

Going on /follow for unattended levelling is not allowed however. Unattended play generally is prohibited.
