That's why there's a greed button. What you're asking for is to have the greed button removed and just do need/pass. That would be removing an option which is not usually a good idea. Also saying everyone should need when no one needs it is a perfect example of a contradiction. Your sentence should have said, "If no one needs it you should all rolled need".
