Help with an error I keep getting?

I keep getting this erorr and I don't know why. Can anyone shed some light or offer some help?

I thought it was questie, because it would happen when I picked up or turned in quests.... but now I feel it happens randomly and it's quite frustrating.

This is what it says

The instruction at "0x006F3C49" referenced memory at "0x204C7000".
The memory could not be "written".

It is a wowerror thing with a send diagnosis or w/e along with another box.

Wow, that's a lot of addons... uh, you may need to try the method of starting the game without any addons enabled. Then start enabling them one by one until your error occurs. Thus narrowing down the addon(s) causing your issue.

Unless you find someone who happens to be using the exact same combinations of addons and receiving the same error, then you may be on your own for this one.

Does the error give any direction as to what type of addon may cause it?

It happens randomly so IDK how I could try to recreate every time and slowly add new addons

Have you added any new addons, or turned any existing on, (ie turning on PallyPower for the first time since reaching a level to use Greater Blessings) since you started noticing this game crash?

What I would do is load up the minimal amount of addons I felt necessary to have, then play for a while and see if the error occured. If it did not, I would then logout and turn on ONE additional addon and continue playing normally until I was able to help narrow down an addon that was an issue.

If you load up and addon, and the error happens, try turning it back off, and continue playing for another amount of time. Do not assume that addon is the only addon causing an issue. You should have a base of addons that seem to work fine for X amount of time before Y addon(s) cause a crash.

You may be having a problem with two addons trying to do something at the same time and the game doesn't know how to handle that information, so instead it causes a crash.

It could also be your client having issues, but as someone who also uses a decent number of addons (not quite as many as you though) I have had newly downloaded or existing but not ever loaded addons cause issues.

But everything is necessary! lol. They are such a QoL improvement.

But that's a good idea and good place for me to start with minimal and build from there.

I agree with you about QoL improvements, but some of them are definitely not necessary for ever day leveling/farming/grinding.

i had the same issue. So far I think it's EQL3 (extended quest log). I was able to stop crashing after disabling EQL3. I re-enabled it and unchecked everything in the "tracker options" except "Add new quests to tracker" (only reason I use this addon) and "Add untracked quests on progress".

So far I haven't crashed yet (knock on wood)

Questie has terrible memory management and often leads to crashes like this.

There are a few bugged version of Questie. It is the only addon that actually crashes the game that I have found.
