Sym 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2017 I am accusing two players, Kietelknoop and Huub both, of conducting bad behaviour as group leaders. They were rude and impolite when they kicked me from a BRD group that I had cleared with them up to before Emperor gauntlet. One can also argue about whether they even did it with good reasons. But none of which reasoning was done with me, and they definetly handled their reorganizing with poor manners and while doing it also managed to lie into my face about what was about to happen. Even if you would not care to avoid them for theese reasons, you are also warned about their incompetence at leading groups that could put you into middle of such drama. --------------------------------------------------- Short Version, mainly provable facts --------------------------------------------------- Kietelknoop (Kietel) is a dps warrior 54 who made the invites and kicked me from the party. Huub is a 56 warrior tank, but also has a healer at about the same level who also does dungeons. Both players are from <Live to Win> and are friends who often play together. Huub had as much part in mechanically kicking me as a few seconds before my kick, he handed the leader to Kietel. I was kicked from the group before the gauntlet room of BRD Emperor. We had not entered the room a single time yet. Our composition was the warriors, 59rogue, 60resto druid, and 57warlock. I am the lock by the way, and do not remember either ever doing the gauntlet room without a mage or by outgearing it. Party chat however did not contain any talk about us questioning our ability to make it through in a normal way. Instead Kietel and Huub only mentioned first that the 59rogue should solo the door open, and that it could be done atleast by two rogues. Warriors were not big experts on this instance. Next I was not asked to leave nor was anything said openly about my usefulness, and I wonder if I had been kicked for their tactic even if I was a real mage. I died twice that night because of aggroing mobs with Rain of Fire. Second time there were over 10 mobs that were pulled in the tavern. Several more times I just had aggro ofcourse. Kietel advertised the run as a "full BRD", but we did only Bael'Gar and went straight to the Emperor from there. After they got me out of the group I was still wondering if that was a mistake click, and I whispered Kietel wondering what was happening. He had already put me on Ignore. I stayed online outside the instance to see if they wanted to explain themselves properly. I saw with the player search that there was a 60rogue from <Live to Win> who entered BRD, and more than a hour later all the three guild members exited the dungeon at the same time. --------------------------------------------------- Long Story, with some theories about human behaviour and how everything related together during this run, with some dark humor as well. Gonna write about how Kietelknoop and Huub formed the group badly. How there was a shadow priest healer who also got kicked. I also frapsed during the run... but I only recorded some of the action, not during the drama. --------------------------------------------------- First the full process of them getting me out of the group was more nuanced than above, and that is where my kickers showed some deceitfulness. After we had been standing outside the gauntlet room for two minutes, hearing the random looking comments about rogues, the dps warrior wrote he had a red gear. And he asked us to move outside to summon him. Instead of using HS then and there, he was actually running outside himself, maybe to be one of the clickers I thought. After Kietel and I got all the way back to the entrance, I still stayed inside because our third person was behind alot. Kietel did step out though and at that point he probably got thrown into character screen, and the leadership actually passed on to me. I was waiting for his offline status to disappear but then Huub whispered me I should give the leader to him. He had kept it during most of the run as he was the one who marked mobs. So I gave it, and then in couple seconds the leader got back on to the dps warrior and my kick commenced. My kickers could probably have wanted to not have me taking a spot in the instance because they did not know how long my removal from the dungeon really takes. Kietel certainly did not have a broken gear there or he never went to another zone to repair it. We wiped three times on the dungeon, but he did not start the group while in a city however. Kietel was looking for a "full BRD" run, where if the group is going to be made by level 56 or lower people you could expect this to mean same as a "quest run" that will spend hours on the upper parts of BRD and is then super exhausted if it is fool enough to get down to Emperor. If the warriors knew what they were gonna run for, it was their responsibility to actually prepare a group for it, and not use what people they want and where. Alot of their tactics seemed ad'hoc however, and it is possible that they had just heard about some gauntlet and rogue tactics when we were at the door. In this case they could have heard it from their 60rogue probably, and if he was this eager to join the run then their improper behaviour was more like favoritism of getting their guildie a Emperor kill. When the run started the first healer we had was a shadow priest, with mostly healing gear. He was going oom on the difficult packs leading to Bael'Gar, and it resulted in tank and others dieing on trash. Or I could tell afterwards that Huub could stay alive with someone else. Otherwise the way that we treated the guy was not so much better than what happened to me. But this was not only the warriors' doing. Our 59rogue had a healer guildmate available, and I think he whispered to Kietel about swapping to her. This is certain because it was just suddenly the 59rogue who got leader, and he kicked the healer without saying anything in the partychat first. Spriest wrote in /s though and they then told him he could not perform. When they tried to kick me outside the entrance, they may have also been wanting to avoid any contacts from me in /s. And about those other people in the party that did not show up to help the summon, I actually meant that after the first corner I never saw anyone following us. Some inexperienced people might not know what it takes to use vanilla summon, or they could have all been tired, was what I actually thought. I am also sorry but my memory is vague on how we summoned the druid. Still the 59Rogue did not seem to support anything said about using him on the gauntlet, in the party chat. Him and the druid were living in the same appartment, was one thing we learned of each other during the run. He therefore had his own reasons to get rid of only the priest. I think the warriors lived near each other as well, so that when it came to deciding anything about remaking the group, theese four people only needed 1, or max 2 whispering channels to agree about kicking me together. Even if they had wanted to increase aoe in the group they could not have asked anyone else to leave other than me if their own relations were so rock solid. Asking it up straight did probably not occur to the warriors anymore after they got used to the way the 59rogue had handled things. taladril 43 Report post Posted March 21, 2017 http://realmplayers.com/GuildViewer.aspx?realm=Ana&guild=Live to Win It's a guild of like 8 people. They probably don't care about their rep on the server and they certainly don't care about any rep as a raid guild cause they aren't one. Sooooo good luck leveling I guess.
