Dear GM Team, my 2 items were lost for no reason after the shutdown. If possible could I please have the following restored.

For item restorations you have to create ingame tickets.

You probably can only request a restoration of the "Skull of impending Doom" since the Totem seems to be a drop.

OK but iv bought the item ID:23199 Totem of the Storm from AH and i spent 300G are there any chances i can get item back or gold back

You should feel good about donating, it's a good thing to do. You can feel bad that you lost in-game currancy due to unfortunate circumstances. You should feel great that donations to the project doesn't make it possible to work around the ToU and rules.

As far as I know, all relics were introduced in patch 1.10 or 1.11 I dont remember. Totems,librams,idols not supposed to be in ptach 1.9

but u can still buy that totem in game at the AH now they if not supposed，they should remove it all
