Seal of Rightous Damage

Today I was using me Demonshear 3.8 atack speed and I noticed it was doing less Seal or Rightous damage then my Bone Crusher 3.0 Speed. Shouldn't weapon speed effect the holy damage done with Seal of the Rightous?

Demonshear - 3.8 speed 39 holy damage without Crusader (With 80)
Bonecrusher -  3.0 speed 54 holy damage without crusader (With 96)

can we have a log against what kind of target do you use it, what level target is , what is your level ,what buffs do you use etc ?

I currently do 24 damage with flurry axe 1.5 speed and (around 34) damage with Energetic Rod. which is properly.

Could be problem for 2handers maybe? Give more info please.

Normal mobs, All weapons do the right damage except my Demonshear
My Flurry axe does around the same damage

Tried to post this on the bug tracker but got an error "something went wrong"

So this turns out to be an issue with my WDB folder. My Demonshear was showing 3.8 attackspeed. After deleting my WDB it is now a 2.3 attack speed weapon
