Volunteer based , you don't know there extent of knowledge on the code they might struggle on some parts therefore taking them longer if you feel that they always break promises and don't deliver what they said they would why don't you try and do a better job I mean it is open sourced literally nothing is stopping you , unless of course you know absolutely nothing about code meaning you have 0 fucking leg to stand on? The fact that this is even up and running is a fucking miracle this would have been a ghost of a game if they hadn't taken over the project, so how about easing up on the criticism and just enjoy what you currently have going for you.
