This is incorrect. Read the server rules quoted below (emphasis mine):

I am not incorrect with what I said.

 

The rules say exactly the same.

They don't fix mistakes from players.

 

If you have lost an unique quest reward, for example because you got hacked, then they'll restore the item you had, if you have evidence that you previously obtained them.

 

They will not change your decision of choosing a quest reward.

And you constantly follow Nelythia trying to prove them wrong every single chance you get by quoting pieces and picking apart their statements.

They are correct in stating that player mistakes are not able to be changed. The item is not lost by mistake if you choose a reward.

So no, we do not fix looting mistakes made by players. We fix mistakes in the rare occurrence of system failure, etc.. with sufficient proof.
