How to see HP in percentages on standard unit frames?

I know about unit frame addons that have it, but is there an addon that shows HP/Mana in percentages on the standard unit frames?

It's an interface option from TBC onwards.

Thanks. Mobinfo works great on enemy health, but I'd still like to see my own health in percentages. How can I achieve this?
