Make wow look better

New player to Elysuim here, have to say looks like they have done a great job with the emulation, only level 12 over on Darrowshire but no issues at all so far. Great job guys!

Anyone have a guide or tips on making the game look better though please?  (without breaking ToU)

Running an i7 1080GT and obviously retail looks prettier (despite being shallow in gameplay)

I already have everything running at max in the settings but I'm sure there are things I can tweak above max right?

First of all, DO NOT edit the wow files. There are packages that change the files to make the game look different/"better" but they are 100% bannable.

It basically shows all kind of commands you can do to improve the game settings beyond the ingame sliders.

For me it's quite an improvement!

ReShade or SweetFX will help you out a lot.

Even if you only activate HDR and adjust it right you can gain a lot of Atmosphere just from the Colors:

On YouTube I saw this movie about a mod which improves the character models.
I was wondering, can I use these without getting banned?
I believe it just change character models and some of the environment like animals and other mobs.

Those will get you banned yes.

You see, they edit certain files which the anticheat will detect.

Because things like this: You can edit some files so that the floor above C'thun is gone, giving you easy access to the fella.
