so of the bear and monkey is impossible?

All used to be possible. unfortunately something went wrong with 1 of the patches so green lenses of stats(e.g agility/monkey/stam/eagle)are disabled

 

pretty sure green lens of agil is 24-26 agil and 10 stam, eagle is 16stam15 intel 10 stam, etc. Now we get all the shitty ones "of arcane resistance" or the spell damage ones

On anathema BWL patch removed them so I can only assume BWL patch also broke the script in elysium server too. But its perfectly fine for a mage or warlock to use a 36 spell dmg/10 stam helmet. crimson felt hat out of a lvl 60 elite doesnt even have this much spell dmg/stamina

It was nerfed in 1.3.0 because the Green Lens of Stamina could give you +35 stamina on a single headpiece. That was considered overpowered by Blizzard and was thus removed from possible Green Lens rolls.
