Pauze 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2017 Hey folks! Been playing for a while, but recently ran into a concern thanks as a result of a group of friends wishing to start over on Alliance and finally bothered to make a forum account as a result. Both myself and another friend have a decent amount of gold on our Horde characters that we'd like to make use of on the Alliance side, but I know there's been the typical problem with gold sellers and we'd prefer not to receive incidental bans for making use of the neutral auction house method of transferring. Looking through the forums, I haven't seen any recent posts regarding this, and wanted to know the general thought of if this would be considered ban-worthy. Thank you greatly!
Oakenlix 79 Report post Posted April 23, 2017 The way I see it, if you aren't in fact buying gold, such transfers should be safe. I'm sure they have more reliable ways to spot gold traders than just looking at transfers. For sure they can check that both characters belong to you.

Benass 1 Report post Posted April 25, 2017 Make an allys character. Go to booty bay, List a black shirt, or white shirt for what ever price u feel fit maybe for 800 gold. Then log into your horde character and buy the damn shirt. U will get 15% AH fee i think* might be wrong but u will transfer your gold the legal way. Dont do as two of my guild members did. Bought gold, for real cash and it came with ban hammer. :)
