Vanquished Tentacle of C'Thun

Wanting to ask a few questions about this trinket: Vanquished Tentacle of C'Thun

 

1: Does the summoned Claw move, or does it remain stationary from the point of it being summoned?

2: What is the auto attack damage / swing timer / DPS of the summoned Claw?

 

Thanks for anybody whomever has experience with this item.

He 1 shots the lowbie so I don't know if it will move, or submerge / go to it's target or what.    I see the damage on a low armor target so helps me understand the damage portion.

The item summons a level 60 Vanquished Tentacle to fight for you for 30 seconds. The tentacle has 6104 health, is immobile, and attacks any enemy in melee range.

This item is a 60 level one and it will summon a Vanquished Tentacle to your aid for 30 sec. The tentacle has like 6000 HP, it will not move but it will attack any nearby mobs. The damage is 200 for a hit and it will hit every two seconds (so 100 DPS). It can have a critical hit as well.
