No. Why and how would he, could he? I thought maybe a gm would fix it but a quick google search says the only recourse is social justice. Takes too much work for a crowd funded project to handle ninja looting.

So in a lvl 40 instance, a hunter needs on an item he can use from ppl who already have the item.

And you go and post it on the forum...

Actually I didn't have the axe (I still use the Corpsemaker), only the other shaman did. The Ravager would have been a good upgrade for me; on the other hand, a hunter doesn't really need it since it gives no stats and only has a melee proc. In any case, he did become master looter during the fight and looted it without saying anything, so he's clearly wrong

Fortunately it was just a low level dungeon so it's not a big deal, but if you meet him again just make sure he's not the group leader

If you looked at the screenshot, you would know that the hunter changed it to master loot at/during the boss and looted the Ravager to himself. There was no rolling.

Elysium does not help when loot has been mislooted or ninjaed.

It is fishy that the hunter would bother making it master loot unless something was reserved from the boss or he fully intended to ninja.

In my opinion, he is a ninja.

After carefully reviewing the evidence, Roguelolgl, Orc hunter of Elysium is guilty of being a sketchy master looter and kind of a jerk. You are sentenced to being scratched by a cat without warning.
