If the leader changes the loot system from Group Loot to Master loot without informing the group and then steals an item that's scamming and not ninja in my opinion and that is against the rules:

100% Agree, as long as it wasn't reserved and a GM can easily see previous chat logs then I'd 100% support this. It's quite pathetic they allow this type of scamming to happen merely cause it did on Retail.

I highly doubt a GM will do anything. The best thing you can probably do is shame this player in world chat on a regular basis and make sure he is kicked out of all his guilds. In short, punish them for their bad deed by making them a outcast. It may be tedious but this ninja looter well deserves it. Frankly I think they should just have their accounts closed but we all know that won't happen.
