Dragonskin Cowl - Elysium

Is this item even in the game? I must have ran UBRS more than 30 times by now and I haven't seen it drop once. A lot of other people are complaining about it which furthered my doubts. The cowl is supposed to have a nearly identical drop chance as the other items in the loot table.

With my experience and a few other people I talked to, is it possible there's a bug somehow or did it get removed for some reason? Seriously.

Seems the Cowl doesn't get added until 1.10.

It used to drop on Nost. If you had one when you transferred like I did, it was deleted and replaced with the derp hat from Strat. Additionally, any enchants on the cowl were lost, forcing you to re-enchant the new hat.

I had a band of accuria removed from my toon during token transfers (even though I obtained it before the pvp update/raid reset the week before the announcement), so I know your pain.    I spent 1/3 of my Lifetime DKP (over 1 year of 100% attendance) for it.

The only thing that pisses me off here is that the helm doesn't drop anymore but there's people with the item.

 

Don't get me wrong here. Good for them, ultimately I wouldn't want their helms to be taken away. The thing is, people that don't know about this, will try to get it because they see people wearing it. Only to find out after hours upon hours of wasted time that the item doesn't drop anymore.

 

Now you tell me if you think its fair. 30+ runs is a lot of wasted time. I feel you OP

I own the cowl and I agree friend. It would be best if it remained in.

It is pretty frustrating to find out that it doesn't drop anymore after running Rend runs a lot for sure.

Did they ever mention it somewhere in the patchnotes when they remove certain items from the loottable that were previously there?
If not then I would definetly welcome the fact that changes like that would get included in the Changelogs.
