bruteborn 0 Report post Posted June 11, 2017 I've opened a character restoration request (deleted characters) from ingame, 5 days ago, following the guidelines on this forum, but so far no news. Tried discord, nobody from the 4-5 elysium staff I PMd answered me. Not sure what else to try. I know everyone is a volunteer here but cmon, 5 days? Just because your ticket isn't closed / received a personal interaction with a GM does not mean we are not looking into it. We see every ticket Online / Offline every time. Difficulties on certain tickets will force us to leave these open for some time just to make sure the record it still active. I encourage you to keep all tickets open until you either are contacted or have received a In-game mail from the GMs. NOTE: At this point in time we do not have the system on for Emails to be sent in regards to bans / ticket requests submitted. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
