I went through dbvanilla gaming, reddit, and multiple other forums and sources trying to get a conclusive answer as to which patch in vanilla changed things or when/why people seem to say such radically different things. Pottu 290 Report post Posted July 12, 2017 It is likely that some players confuse the requirement of Exalted reputation with other factions to buy their mount with the Honored discount. So if you're a human and you want to ride a ram instead of a horse, you need to be Exalted with Ironforge to be able to buy the skill. But as players stated, the only discount from reputation comes at Honored and that's that. You can get another 10% discount by being at PvP rank 3.
