Cleansing the Eye/item deleted

Accidently deleted quest item required for quest "Cleansing the Eye" can you please help us. Me and my wife playing on elysium server.

Already made ingame ticket but when i did i got yellow msg it says its quicker if i post in here, so i did.

Yes, but the ticket is the way you will get the item restored.

Generally for quest chains that involve an item the process is

Q1: Have item

T1: Turn in item, complete quest (player no longer has item)

Q2: Accept quest, get item.

T2: Turn in iten, complete quest (player no longer has item)

 

Given what you've described, you deleted the required item between steps Q2 & T2. To fix the issue, simply drop the quest and reaquire the quest.

Thanks for teaching me how to quests works playing wow since retail mid-vanilla times (and yet deleted an item yes.. :P)

Unfortunately an ingame ticket for your situation is required.

As I can see you both have one open, we will try to resolve it quickly for you.

However, in your situation a senior GM is needed and then at the same time you both are online.

 

This can take a bit, we don't ignore your Ticket or anything. It's simply your case being a bit more difficult to resolve.
