Alliance player "Siscon" on Elysium

Alliance hunter Siscon has been hanging outside of Ratchet killing the escort npc Gilthares just before the Horde turn it in for the Free From The Hold quest. Witnessed it 3 times, he's set for my 4th witness. He's a lvl 60 NE Hunter, and using his hidden Cat to kill the npc.

Here's some action shots of the 4th time I witnessed it. He's set up for the 5th time. At some point he's breaking the guidelines of Elysium Project.

I'm a bit foggy on the exact time before it's considered against the tos, but I do vaguely remember it being upwards of 24 hours.

its something like 6h iirc. A horde warlock is the guy who inspiring the rule, because he killed guard Thomas for like 2 days straight on nost.

As soon as you do it to grief and not for the sake of PvP, it is not allowed, I've been warned for this before, where I had killed the Defias escort in Westfall 4 times alongside the captain at the tower and I ended up receiving a warning for it.
