Account Old password to retrive old chars...

Assuming that your other account exists (which would only be the case if you transferred it as well back in January), your only recourse is to do the following:

1. Log completely out of the control panel.
2. Request a password reset email.
3. Log back into the control panel using your new password to confirm that it's working.
4. Log into the game and check if your character is on the Anathema server.

WTF? I Tell u the "other" account works, my shit account that i merged today with a lvl 33 hunter worked fine, but not my main account. Yes i've done reset password. But the thing is i cant log in anyway because youre site locks me out for 2 hours when i try to send transfer for the main account the one im crying about the one i want back

And either someone stole my name on Anathema or he is there,because my char is on friendslist when im logged on to my shit hunter. Do u have  a armory where i can search for chars? see if it is my 60 rogue?

Disregard the transfer button for the moment. If you can reach that button then you must be able to log into your account on the control panel, correct? Use the same login information and log into the Anathema realm in-game.

Iam logged into my shit account and playing because im bored waiting for solution, i could do it before yes,then i started trying with the main account too also get my 60 rog back. But now im just locked off dude, can u please stop talk about this im telling u cant reach control panel

Then it's likely that your account was hacked sometime during your absence and your character deleted. Please see this thread regarding character restoration and submit a GM ticket in-game for help with it.

Problem solved. Error was between monitor and chair.
