Renjai 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2017 I am unable to log into the game because it wont accept my two factor authentication pin. I am able to log into my account, using the same 2fa, on the Elysium project website. Is this a known issue? I removed the 2FA in the control panel and deleted my account from the Authenticator App. Afterwards I reactivated the 2FA in my control panel with a new QR Code. If it doesn't fix your problem than disable 2FA for a while and make sure you have a safe password which is not used for any other of your WoW private servers accounts. Or wait for a GM to help - which could be weeks. A other possibility is - if you want your account still safe - disable 2FA -> login your game account -> go on desktop and enable 2FA again.
