2FA problem

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I am having a problem enabling my 2FA... the scan code and number sent is far move than 6 digits... I think I am doing things right but is there something I am missing?

Thanks!

You need to install a 2FA application such as Authy or Google Authenticator, and then scan that code into it to produce a 6-digit PIN.

Authy is your best bet... since it has a cloud backup feature that Google Auth does not.

This way, if you lose/break/sell your device, you can install Authy on the new one and restore your 2FA from the cloud backup.
