Possible Solution to Lvl10 Mail

So, now that  characters under level 10 are unable to send mail, it puts our bank alts in a pinch. I don't know how hard it would be technically, but could a possible solution be to allow characters from within the same account to mail freely between one another? It allows us to continue as is, and doesn't hinder the attempt to stop the incessant mail spam.

Is it realy big problem to level up to 10 lvl your bank alt?

It's a big problem in that it's a major inconvenience and does almost nothing to combat the problem of gold sellers.

You can now send mails from your lvl 1 bank alts to your main character on the same account without actually having to lvl a bank alt first.

That is awesome that the team was able to do this!  You should raise the level cap to send mail now to lvl 20 or actually, would it really hinder the game to raise it even further?  I have pretty much never sent mail to anyone other than my other characters.
