I've made a mock up of how a structured one would look below. Entries in italics are sub boards of boards and entries in bold are just section titles, not boards. I've marked new boards with an * Benefits to this would be that people will be able to move around the forum more easily because they know what section a board and related boards would be in. I don't speak Russian but I assume the layout is the same currently so it could be applied there too?
