This is why I'm making a super simple guide to keep or get you fit! The goal of this guide is to have you all be able to; Squat your weight+50% on a bar 50 times a day, do 100 push-ups a day, run a mile under 7 minutes and deadlift your own weight 50 times a day. These are all realistic goals for all normal people! If you're not there get there! Additionally you all should have 45 dumb bells next to your chair. While in flight you should be engaging your shoulders with seated or standing shoulder presses. Ideally you'd be doing your pushup reps after or before the should reps. Don't forget to brush your teeth, floss and shower once and a while kids. Remember you only get one body and it should be used to acquire as many STD's as possible.
