That's the only part that appears to be different right now.  There's some overall legalese wording, that makes me wonder who was added to the staff that's very good in that department.

It's in there twice.  I don't recall this being on the original Nost terms, but it could very well have been in the Elysium terms already.

That was in the original Nost rules as well.

 

Multiboxing, safespotting and griefing were the main things that changed. Some other sections had their wording fine tuned.

Ya i thought that list in griefing was new.  I can't tell what's dfferent with safespotting.  I guess the multiboxing one's been simplified and looks to be inserted by someone other than the overall "fine-tuner" of the wording of the entire document.  : P
