You must use the same IP to generate and consume the token

I get this error constantly when trying to transfer my Nostalrius characters over. I just have two tabs open in my browser, so I don't see how it can be an IP error.

Try an incognito window, possibly the result from the high server load. It works fine as I was probably one of the first to start the migration and it worked flawlessly.

I've tried restarting Chrome, using incognito, doing it on my phone, doing it on another computer, and so far it's been the same error across the board.

Tricks to try:

1. Disable addons/extensions

2. Use incognito mode

3. Connect through your phone

Some players have reported that the above tricks worked for them. It could also just be due to lag as the service is under extreme load at the moment.

Things that have not worked so far: Incognito mode, restarting Chrome, disabling extensions, using mobile on my phone instead of WiFi, using a different WiFi network, and using a different browser.

I use Firefox and I'm getting this bogus error too. We don't have an "incognito mode". I've no idea why the Elysium form thinks my IP has changed from the Nost form. It hasn't.

I use Firefox and I'm getting this bogus error too. I don't know what an "incognito mode" is, never heard of it. Would like to know how to get this token to work.

Incognito is Chrome's version of Private Browsing for Firefox.

Well, can't get it to work. Tried to generate and use the key 5 or 6 times now, 100% sure my IP hasn't changed since before I even started. Your system is broken.
